Four Contemporary Country Homes Taking Shape in Chelwood Gate

It’s always rewarding to see a project move from planning drawings into construction, and this collection of four thoughtfully designed detached family homes at Chelwood Gate are  well underway on site.

Having secured planning permission for the development, we worked closely with our client to create a scheme that responds sensitively to its setting while delivering high-quality family accommodation. 

Each property has been designed with a traditional architectural character, incorporating brick plinths, clay tile hanging and pitched roofs that reflect the local vernacular. The homes are generously proportioned, with spacious internal layouts, private gardens and a strong emphasis on modern family living.
