Studio
As a Chartered Practice we organise the process of managing projects and administering building contracts into a number of key Work Stages which are detailed in the RIBA Plan of Work 2020. (pdf download below)
Work Stages are organised from 0 - 7 with associated Tasks performed at each Stage. Services can be provided for all or selected Work Stages depending on the client requirements, procurement method and complexity of the project. The earlier we are appointed the more opportunity there is for us to 'architect' your project.
