Toft Cottage

Located within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this project replaces an outdated dwelling with a bespoke six-bedroom home and integrated garage featuring a private office above. The design draws inspiration from local vernacular architecture, combining traditional Cotswold stone and render with contemporary detailing such as large gable glazing and vertical larch cladding. Positioned to respect the site’s natural contours and mature landscaping, the new home offers open-plan living spaces, generous outdoor areas, and improved connectivity, delivering a modern interpretation of rural character while meeting the highest design standards.
