Redevelopment of a brownfield site to create nine exclusive apartments with basement, ground, first, second floor accommodation and third floor penthouse. Design optimised and infilling between existing Victorian street scene. Supported by the planning committee and started on site in 2021 with completion due mid 2022. Contemporary use of a mixed palette of high quality materials including hard and soft landscaping. Full architectural services provided.
