We are pioneers of sustainable architecture. In the early 1990s, we delivered the UK’s first commercial building with a deep borehole heat exchange system for Ascom Hasler in Croydon. Since then, we’ve continued to lead with innovative, experimental, and environmentally responsible design — from off-grid eco-houses and Passivhaus projects to fabric-first strategies, solar gain optimisation, natural cooling, and landscape-led solutions. We are bound by honesty and integrity... and we love beautiful solutions.

We specialise in the sensitive restoration and adaptation of historic and listed buildings, combining traditional craftsmanship with carefully considered contemporary interventions.

Always mindful of the environmental impact of larger commercial projects, we deliver industrial, manufacturing, retail and office developments with innovative, sustainable solutions such as the UK’s first geothermal borehole system for Ascom Hasler’s headquarters.

We have delivered a range of education and healthcare projects, from nursery schools to hospital works at Epsom and Kingston, including the recently completed Founders Building at Staines Prep School.
Sports, Leisure & Health
We have delivered a wide range of sport, leisure and community projects from a new pavilion at Shepperton Cricket Club and a Sports Hall at Streatham School to works for Staines Town Football Club and V&A Museum.
Overseas & Development
Our overseas work - particularly with sustainable technologies in East Africa - includes projects in Kenya, Malawi, Somalia and Bangladesh, where we serve as retained architects for Parry Building Products and have delivered pioneering developments.
